The Genesis

MUNYAMALIMA SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURAL INITIATIVE LIMITED (MUSAI)

We are a formally registered non-profit initiative dedicated to transforming the agricultural landscape of Kasese District, Uganda, and its surrounding areas. Incorporated on August 24, 2022, under the Companies Act, 2012, MUSAI is structured as a Company Limited by Guarantee (Registration No: 80020003789546).

This legal structure reflects our commitment: we are driven purely by our mission, not by generating profits for shareholders. Every member is a Guarantor, undertaking to contribute assets to ensure the company's stability and sustainability.

Our Head Office: Kaserengethe II, Bwera Ward, Mpondwe Lhubiriha Town Council, Kasese District.

The Structure

Governance and Leadership

A Robust Governance Structure

MUSAI is governed by two principal organs that ensure accountability and strategic direction:

🏛️ The General Assembly (The Apex Organ)

Composed of our dedicated Promoters, this is the supreme policy-making and oversight body. It approves all major policies, financial budgets, and ensures resources are mobilized efficiently.

👥 The Board of Directors (The Operational Organ)

A dedicated Board of NINE individuals responsible for implementing the company's vision, making key management decisions, setting strategies, and overseeing daily operations.
